“This was my first time working with DW on set and he was such a great Director! I really enjoyed how creative he was by inspiring the actors on set to just go for it and be spontaneous with their delivery. This ultimately created a very fun and safe environment to work in! I also noticed how much DW fueled the confidence of the actors on set by letting us all know that we were doing a great job, especially when an actor was getting flustered on a particular scene. He was extremely patient and was able to effectively communicate with them efficiently and we were able to complete the short film on time, which is always a bonus!”

“I recently worked with the Director, DW Martel, as an Actress for an Online Production REIDFramed.  He cultivated a fun, collaborative and productive atmosphere on set.  He wanted us as Actors to feel relaxed and ready to work and play.  He encouraged us as we were directed in the scenes.  There was a particular paragraph that I was having a hard time with due to the emotionality of it and he went over it with me until I smoothed it out and he got the performance that he was looking for.  He wanted to make sure to get difference nuances with the performances, to give the Editor plenty of material to choose from for the edit.

“I've worked with DW a few years ago on 2 film projects. He was the Creative Lead and Director of both projects. Working with DW was always fun. First off,  he was always positive and was never difficult to be around for myself or my team. He was also always understanding and empathetic when it mattered.
